I just started playing and have passed the tutorial...my question is where do new citizens live? The shacks and cabins already come with citizens so there is no space for new people. In the first game cabins came empty and citizens could live at thier work place. Help!

When you build a cabin or a shack, a new citizen will move in. Than you need to give them a job by left clicking on the new citizen and right clicking on the place you want them to work.

when there are citizens waiting to move in, as soon as you build a hut or a shack, they will move into that one. the houses only come with people when there's nobody waiting for you to build them a house
