It is Chapter 2 , Ruins is Dunes, Mummy Returns it's the third puzzle. Help!

Is that "The Mummy Returns"? or Bottled Lightening?

You don't have to shoot the DustWing (the lightening bug). You can evade them and they'll go on their way. If they are right under you, you can usually shoot them and hit them. They only take 1 hit to get rid of.

The Imhotep (the mummy with the scepter) takes 3 hits to get rid of. They're bit hard to hit as they drift from side to side, but they're slow enough that you should be able to get off the 3 shots before they get you.

You can evade their electricity shots (or whatever it is they shoot at you). There's a short interval between their bursts from their scepter. Just have to be quick. Not sure if this would help much, but it is what I did to get through.
