Only for fully upgraded nursery and discovery of all Magical Plants

The formula for a normal plant and a Magical Plant is different.
I hope you know algebra.
Key: p=Original price according to Borg's Virtual Seed Tray
        P=Best price
Normal Plant:    P=2p
Magical Plant:    P=2.37p

There has been a problem with the Rosaceae Fern. It sometimes doesn't sell at it's best price, $305 (I put it as $300 anyway), even though there are no dead fronds(leaf of a fern, look it up).
