to get the dragon you must first have the dragon ridl which if I am not mistaken you will find in Veldt, Pirate John, who i sin prison in the Island of Veinaira (something like that) is the only one who could fly the Dragon, so you should get him out of prison
Where are the Islands, where do I find Pirate John?
