Can anybody tell me what is the unusual thing that sultan wants pls?

He wants the chicken egg. When you are in the Graystone Pass (I think that's what it's called) the chicken is sitting on a nest by a small pole. You will need to buy rope in Seri and then you can use that to go and get the egg when the chicken is gone.
