you gotta go through the cave, it's to the right.. Down there, all the way throught the.. cave thingie XD

You have to have a level 80 before the door opens at the bottom of the room with the triangle thing in the middle. I was so lost too and had to gain over 20 levels for it to open up.

I've found the center room with the platform, but when I climb the stairs nothing happens. Did I miss something I had to do before the North Wind would appear?
