Somebody help me!!!!!!!!!!!!! I still cannot find the Daeva in Mt Orion…

Somebody help me!!!!!!!!!!!!! I still cannot find the Daeva in Mt Orion. There is a section with a ladder that goes up and all that is there are two red fire hypogryphs and a Ravwyrn King, but nothing else. Why would there be a ladder just to go up and fight something? Is this a glitch in the game? Is this where the daeva is supposed to be? I cannot find her anywhere! Please help ASAP!!!!!!!!!
