How do you get more dynamite? The walk through says there is some in the sewer when you're helping Iya escape, but I couldn't find it.

Also, Rye says you can get some from the crazy woodsman, but I'm assuming you have to help capture the beast first and I can't figure out how to do that.

Help!!!

You need to capture the beast because you need it later. You need to lure the beast back over the bridge and press the button when the beast is on the bridge so he can fall into the cage. Need to be quick. Make sure to save your game for it took me several tries.
