Is there a limit to how many Esteemed Elders or totems you can have? I have 50 totems and I have several villagers who have mastered 3 or 4 skills but didn't become Esteemed Elders and no totem.

Same think happens to me. I even have two VVs mastered in all skills and I don't get more totems. I have 50 totems!
I just found the games and bought all of them.
