It SHOULD, at least. It is the Magic Fish of Fertility. Look for the Yellow powdery looking trail behind it.
Actually, I have not gotten the Greenfin Spotanus on the Web version, so I guess I cannot confirm this. Maybe someone else that has gotten the Magical Fish on the Web version can confirm it.
