How can i get the phoenix spearn?

you have to raise your karma to 10, do this by donating to all the statues in all the towns you come to and completing tasks given to you throughout the game! after you get karma up to 10 go to the sphere and it will allow you to take it.

i've already got 12 karma points!(including help the beast and the old woman)

It is in the Brightwood Forest. It's in the up and to the right on the map. It looks like a pool with a weird yellow orb at the top.
