I am totally stumped on Lost Luggage. How do you get more crates to fall from above to travel on the conveyor belts and land on the blue switches? One falls at the beginning, but how do you get more? Thanks in advance for your help!

just walk towards the crates and once you reach them keep walking, this will push the crate in the direction you walk.
I must be missing something....The only crates are below the ladders along the top, and they aren't accessible to walk towards. Granny falls between the crates (from above) and there's no platform to stop and walk towards them. Are there supposed to be other crates somewhere?
