Instead of clicking on the game board itself to speed up the deal, click directly on the stack of cards being dealt from. You have to time this so that you click before any cards hit the game board, otherwise you'll have to exit and do it over. If you get the timing right, the card slots (stacks, spare cards...don't know what to call them) will fill and it will think you've completed the board and will move on to the jewel board puzzle. It will give you a shuffle for each card in the deck, which makes it easier to complete the jewel board puzzle. (In the higher levels, this can be a trick in itself.)
