I've completed all the levels with stars and have unlocked the cost mart, but I can't buy the blueprint. I've have enough money (over 3 mil, and it costs 2.5 mil) but the game says that I need more money. Can anyone help please?

Just a quick correction. The cost of the blueprint is $200,000 not 2.5 mil.
