I have Cake Mania 2. I finish a level and
receive an item how do I go to the next level and not lose my item?. When I finish do I continue and not reset to get to the next
level? When I continue I keep playing the last hand over and over
again. Please help.

you have to buy it again, always make sure you have the item and press buy to go to the next level
