Truffle powder will appear in most ports after you have acheived a certain level in the game. Usually after you have recieved Infusion recipes. Keep at it!
I had the Truffle Powder and was making Truffles, then Grimaldo or whatever the husband of the alienated sister name is, said he wasn't going to let me ruin his wife's good name, and I can't find any anywhere to buy. Please help!!
