If you don't know this already, in casual mode you can get little to no time @ all on your "completion"... simply beat the level at your leasure. You will be congradulated. Go to menu without closing the congradulations screen and hit restart. The congradulation screen will still be there when you restart. You can let the timer run, even build houses (where the screen isn't located) etc. But if you want to be the "fastest" person ever, either fake a good time, or just win at 0:00! Note: this may invalidate your score in all-time & local scores.
