I really cannot get the bonus for the mill!

Someone called Luap said "I think you need to get 15 useful moves in a row to get the windmill man."

But 15 Useful moves? What does that mean, 15 moves without moving one wrongly?

I kept restarting as I thought that I had to do something impressive with the sacks of grain.... Lots of 3's of just that......

It says "15 EFFECTIVE moves". I have a feeling that this means 15 moves resulting in clearing off blue squares (or breaking chains) very quickly. If you start at the bottom, sometimes one match will lead to tons more matches, and that can clear off the 15 moves you need.
