I am rank Enterpretuer, I have all sqares recipes except Milk Chocolate with Hazelnuts. I can't find any quests, I have been all over the world (where I can go) and have the visa to Istanbul. Anyone know what I should do?

Isabella Baumeister will appear at random and ask you to make the Milk Chocolate Hazelnut Squares, which she has the recipe for. It could happen at anytime, in the beginning of the game, or even at the very end. Just keep at it.
