Please help one of my task is to kill the locusts in Wilbert's field but I can't remember who wilber is or where his field?
Also is there anything else to give the squrals as a ram besides the statue?

I found him but I don't know how to solve this quest so any help would be great.

Wilburts field is in Brumwich, You have to open the gate to the fields behind his house, kill the locusts, then your done. No reward just a good deed.
