I don't know if this is a bug or not but I'm playing virtual villagers 1&2 simultaneously and in both versions I got women aged 60-70 to get pregnant! Don't know how I've done it though. Also if you keep putting the couple who are breeding over each other before they get to the love hut then the baby appears without them having to go in there.
