Once they turn 50 yrs old they can no longer have babies. This comes in handy when you have guys that need a third master in something. Just keep dropping the guy on the 50 + yr old and he will gain parenting skills. If you do it long enough, it will make him a master at parenting without taking up valuable food or housing space.
