hey ok i got all the orbs for lars but i steel haveen;t found him a orb stuff when do i get it i don't know if i sold it ot nto i daon't know what i did with it and i don't know if i got it or not

You can buy an orbstaff in Veldarah (the necromancer).

Do you mean Mad Marge. She will automatically come with you if you go back to the bar after you get Pirate John out of jail.
I guess it's part of the game, but I haven't used her to fight at all.
