I didn't get the dark chocolate bars with coffee before finishing the final quest. Now the library guy won't give me the recipe. I did talk to valezquez and he told me to go to new york. It just doesn't work.

i did that too and the library guy won't give the recipe and thats the only one i need to get i have all the others but that one!!!
can someone tell what to do!!!
