Wind-Sail is a new San Francisco-based company that hopes to take a bite out of the wind-power market with its sky-scraper friendly vertical turbines. The other interesting thing is that they used soviet, cold-war era wind tunnel facilities to develop their products. Maybe I can stick one of these on the top of my car as well.
