hey guys, i'm stuck in hope river. i already have 19 citizens (only one more to go) and i've been plaing for hours. i already played the "chicken-quest", defeated the bandits, explored the whole map, have 100 food/100 water, 2000+ gold... stil nothing? where did i go wrong?

always look at the clipborad for tips. don't forget the mine and the hotel.
