There is no fix day, but for the first hatchery, i had it on 20 odd days.
2nd hatchery, till day 30+.
3rd hatchery, till day 50.
4th hatchery, till day 60.
It relies alot on luck and statistics, because the rate people get golden goose eggs or achieve a certain amount of pets differs.
