Okay have 2 villagers adept ( 1 is a trainee in farming and another 1is trainee in health) in 2 fields, but one is nursing and a year older and is adept in farming,building and reliable. the other one is a year younger, but is less reliable and is a boy. I really want an elder, but which one should I use?!?!?!?!?!?

I have found that if I find a villager who like to run, their experience will build faster, so I keep them working until they become a master. I have had 3 elders in one game before. I hope this helps you.
