Part 2, chapter 3 flower help pleas

I can only find 8 blue flowers, apparently there are 9 but as a last resort I went to the walkthrough, and even on there there are only 8 circled. Somebody please help, I cannot complete this until I find the 9th flower, it's been 2 days and I am going nuts!
