How do i complete Sydney

HELP PLEASE!!!! I've done and completed everything in Sydney yet it shows on the complete city 100% that I'm not done. I don't know what else to do is something hidden I don't understand I want the completion box of goodies already!!!

I completed all the level and i upgraded my resources and boat shipments 5 times and still sydney is not completed. What do i need to do to complete it?

Correction, how do i upgrade my boat port in sydney australia? Everytime i click on it, it says my boat is waiting for me in havana. So i upgraded the boat in tokyo thinking that was it, but it wasn't. I don't have a boat in sydney australia. Am i missing something??

Go to Havana, unload your boat.

In all the cities so far I’ve been able to complete all the levels and receive bonus bundles.

But I’m reluctant to go for the full 100% because I would have to spend 1000s of coins to buy extra hats and things that I don’t need.

So I am wondering....if I spend the coins, what would my bonus package contain for completing all the upgrades and playing all my cards? Thanks!
