gardens inc 4 chapter 45

The game has a couple of glitches on this level.First off you can't upgrade you're tool shack all the way.You pay the tools to do it, then the check mark stays there and no one ever upgrades it.Also l did finally make it to the end with one more flower to water and the gardeners got their water,then went back into their shacks.I tried switching the shacks then switching them back to no avail.I hope someone fixes this problem because this game is awesome..
