Haunted Hotel: The X CE Secret Room

Has anybody experienced difficulty playing the Secret Room in the Bonus Content? I cannot locate the last morphing item, a videotape, in the first set (it's definitely not where the Hint button, which I hate to use, says it is)? I can't move forward until I find that item!

I had the exact same experience. Did you ever figure it out?

I too have the exact same problem. Super irritating.

Yes I have tried numerous times to
collect the fourth cassette on the stair
case with no luck.

I'm having this same problem... so frustrating. I hate to use the hint button and had to just to see I'm supposed to do something with the boards but my cursor does not change.

I see we're all having the same problem. So disappointing to not be able to finish the secret room.
