gem on frozen vale

How do I get the gem on frozen vale, bottom of screen on right side

I am having the same problem. They should have made it so you could shrink the window at the bottom so you could see the whole screen. However since they didn't I would like to know the answer to finding the last gem on frozen vale also.

If you have the aqualung, swim into all of the areas that you haven't had access to before, then you will be able to find the gems you need.
