Chapter4 Wallsafe Code: Glitch

When entering the code into the wallsafe in the flooded hallway in the Family Home, the numbers appear two per tile, so it is impossible to enter odd numbers as all the top numbers are even... I cannot progress without unlocking this safe, please help!

I too am having the same difficulty with the wall safe. Please help
