how to fix clock

I cant get pass the boy. As soon as i click on clock it sends me back. I try it many times. Is This level mess up? Pls explain!

I'm stuck as well at the clock room I just can figure it out someone please help and please give easy answers thanks to whom ever tell to my concur ??
