I have completed all the puzzles/collections - my population is 115. Even though there is nothing to build, I start my young people out as builders and all they do is "fix" the huts already built. Then I move them onto researching, parenting or farming. This has worked out well and I have 50 declared esteem elders. My problem now, is I have 8 people that should be esteemed elders (all are masters in three jobs and one is actually a master in four jobs) by they did not receive the label of elder or a totum. Anyone know if there is a limit.
