Heroes of Hella 3 review & tips

I play a lot of casual games, HOG's, Match 3's, the occasional time management.

I have just finished the main body of this game and am now stuck on the bonus quest of building the palace.

This is an excellent match 3 game, with lots of extras the previous two installments from this series didn't have.

The animations and graphics are epic, on par with the Dark Parables and Awakening hog's series. There are some hog's within the game when you need to acquire discs from the various gods to help you with super punches of varying types.

There is also an easter egg search at the end of each puzzle that the in game tutorial doesn't mention until you've missed a few. And if you are not the patient type to wait and read all the character dialogue, you could miss it altogether. At the end of each puzzle, go into the map mode and look around the city. The extra gold looks like either big gems, sacks of gold, or treasure chests of gold. There is an achievement if you get all 78 of them.

I've been playing this off and on over the past week giving me many many hours of engrossing enjoyment. The higher levels are very challenging, and the puzzles in the palace building bonus quest are really hard, gotta really think and take your time to solve them.

One extra tip, when you go to build the various structures for the city, aculate enough gold to buy the top end/most expensive versions. Those do some spiffy stuff when u click on them in map mode that the other lesser versions don't do.
