Level 56 Water and FireTalisman

I put out fire, gained 350000 in gold, but cannot figure out how to achieve 3 houses with protection. I have 3 different houses, improved and protected with blue crystals. I built a laboratory and obtained a talisman, but how do you use one? Cannot get past this. Thanks

I built the 4 types of houses and upgraded and protected them. That finished the level and the game.
