Stuck in game

In the “Cemetery” scene, left side monument has a violin that 3 parts must be moved onto. The lower part “stuck” OK but the upper and middle parts refuse to “stick” and they will return to their original positions. What is wrong and what must I do???

I am having the same problem in the cemetery. Any suggestions?

I had to "toss" the pieces near the correct area to get them to stick.
