It all depends on how many puzzles you have completed. If you haven't completed the thorn bush clearing, try that. If you haven't dug the dam yet, do that. Eventually other things will come up to build. A new hut, a sewing hut, a hospital, etc. Just be patient and make sure to set her skill on what she should focus on. I find that helps.

If you have already built everything - just keep your builders fixing the huts that were already built and they will eventually become master builders. This takes a longer time, that's why I start my 14 year olds off as builders first.
