How To Get 120 Tournament?

I own everything, beaten all the notorius players but still cant find a 120 man tournament. Is there such a tournament and if so anyone know how to get it?

Can somebody help please? The best I can find is a 80 player tournament.

i believe i saw one in el paso, but somewhere on my way to the top of the notorious list, after I completed the game I couldn't get it anymore

most I can find now after I've defeated the governor is 40, and the only 80 player tournaments were in dallas and longview when I was playing for the star pieces.
