move trash can to workshop

i can't move the trash can to the workshop. when i click de trash can, it becomes grey, but i can't scroll meanwhile to the workshop, so i can't move it. my image is to wide to see de workshop and the trashcan. i'm stuk here for days now and i don't know
what to do, help!!
