Fan Puzzle

I can't figure out the fan puzzle in Chapter 6 of Shadows Price of Our Sins. I have opened the lock and removed the cowboy piece. What do I do now?

Im stuck there also, I cant figure out how to move the red and blue onto the spots they need to be. Any help??????? I cant advance in the game until I do this.

I GOT IT, GO BACK TO THE MOVIE ROOM, CLICK ON THE SLIDES SO IT SHOWS ON SCREEN KEEP CLICKING UNTIL YOU SEE BOTH POINTERS, THEN TO TO STABLES AND MOVE THE POINTERS!
