Oepning the Jewelled Hearts door

I have got all the hearts and still the door won't open HELP. this is so frustrating as I am almost at the end and have been playing this for months

I am having same problem can anyone help

were are the other hearts i have only found three, emma's locket and two others
someone please help its almost be a year of me playing this game
