Azada Game - Chpt 3

I completed #2 and it took me back to the desk and says the next chapters are locked and I need the magic in the room. I have clicked on everything that 'sparkles'....it won't open anything. It seems to me that any game that has this many problems and hangups for its players needs revising. This is supposed to be fun, right?????? Olivia
