unable to hear conversation through the closed sitting room door, I'm using glass but doesn't seem to work won't let me click picture of boy and dog

strange 7 months later and no reply to you and I am having the same problems although i have heard the conversation but the screen will not change I am stuck with the listen through the door but I have already heard it all and the glass stays with me
