Have all 4 keys for graveyard

Have all 4 keys inserted and in right direction but gates won't open? What am I doing wrong?

The corners of the picture in the lobby of the house shows you where to put the keys and how far to turn them.

I only have 3 keys and have put them in the correct holes but cannot find the 4th key anywhere help! I need the diamond / heart key
