going into train station

When you try to go into train station it gives you the arrow, but she won't go. She says she has to check in before going on with the chase since her car had been moved. I don't know how she is supposed to check in. Please help

I'm with you. The arrow that points down always sends me back to her car and the arrow that points to the right tells me to go back and check in.
