challenge levels

I finished with 3 stars in all levels including expert mode. How do I access the challenge levels?

I don't know what version you have here but you can NOT plant a garden in the snow it doesn't even give you the option.what you need to do is keep 2 of the cottages to give you more money and not buy so many workers, you only need a total of 10 and you have to construct 2 fountains to make 3 stars

Did you ever find out how to get to the challenge level in Royal Envoy 2? I completed Expert level and I do not see how to get to the challenge levels.
