STUCK!

Stuck where it says, "find all the keys".can't use the hints either

i am having this same issue. can't find the solution either. hope someone can let us know the answer.

I have read to uninstall and reinstall the game and it should retrieve the keys. I haven't tried it yet.

Having the same stuck issue in the find the keys section. Tried uninstalling and re installing but does the same thing.
They must have had a blank moment.
Does anyone know how to get past this section to continue the game.
